The E-MIPR system will go down at noon (EDT) on 18 October 2023 for required maintenance and updates. Currently, it is unknown how long the system will be down. During this time, there will be no access to the E-MIPR catalog or MIPRs in the system.

While the system is down, "hard copy" MIPPRs can be sent to the alias IDIQ_Crypto_Orders@NSA.gov. Follow the MIPR Submission instructions and work requirements through your respective US Military Item Managers. The Item Managers will then forward your approved MIPR to us.

Request for item price list should be requested from the same alias.
